Sushil Kumar Mohta (Sushil Mohta Merlin Group) is an Indian entrepreneur, real estate developer, and the Founder and Chairman of the Merlin Group. A Commerce graduate of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, he established Merlin Projects Limited in 1984, introducing corporate structure and professional governance to the regional property sector. Over four decades of leadership, he expanded the group into a premier conglomerate with a presence spanning Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Raipur, and Colombo. His portfolio includes residential complexes, commercial towers, IT parks, and iconic landmarks such as Acropolis Mall and World Trade Center Kolkata.
